Frequently askedquestions
Everything is handmade to order, so a few things work differently here. These are the questions we get most.
What is resin art?
Resin is a clear liquid that sets hard. Resin art is everything that happens in between: colour, glitter, gold leaf, charms and beads are placed into the liquid by hand, and then it cures for a day or more and holds them exactly where they landed. Every keychain, earring, necklace, bookmark and hair clip here is made that way, one at a time, which is why no two ever come out identical.
How long will my order take?
Ten to fifteen days from the day we confirm your order. That's the making and the delivery together, not one after the other. Five to seven working days of it are spent pouring, curing and sanding; the rest is transit, which depends on your pincode.
Can I choose my own colours and letters?
That's most of what we do. Any letter A to Z, the colours you want, and the charms you pick from what's in stock. Send a photo, a Pinterest pin or a screenshot of something you like and we'll tell you honestly what's possible. Resin has opinions, and some combinations don't set the way you'd hope.
How do I place an order?
There's no cart, because almost nothing here exists before you order it. Fill in the order form, or send a DM to @pixie.bloomm. Either way we come back to you to agree the details and the price, and nothing is charged until you're happy.
Are your photos edited?
The background is edited. The piece never is. Every product photo is shot at home, then the background is cleaned up to a plain warm ivory so the colours read properly on a screen. The shape, the colour, the glitter and every bead are exactly as they came out of the mould. That's the piece you'll be sent.
How are prices decided?
By size, by how long a piece takes, and by what goes into it. A keychain is ₹399 as you see it on the page. Change the colours, the letter or the charms and it becomes a custom piece, which starts at ₹499. Either way you get one exact price before anything is made or paid for.
What if it arrives broken?
Film the parcel as you open it, one continuous video with no cuts, and send it to us within 48 hours. We'll remake the piece and reship it free, or refund you in full — your choice. You keep the broken one; we don't ask for it back. It's the only thing we take back, and it's the one case where the video does all the work.
